Overview

Nansen is a leading Web3 analytics platform, best known among crypto traders for its Smart Money tracking and on-chain intelligence tools. For this project, the client needed a flagship promo video to mark a shift beyond pure analytics — introducing Nansen as an all-in-one intelligence and trading platform where users could spot signals, get AI-assisted analysis, and act on them without ever leaving the dashboard.

Role & Scope

Our team owned the project end-to-end — concept development, on-screen script, UI storyboarding, motion design, and final animation. The goal of the 45-second video was to compress a complete trading workflow into one tight, high-energy sequence: identifying a signal, running it through an AI agent, and executing the trade, all from a single screen, carried entirely by kinetic text and music with no voiceover.

Discovery

We started by mapping Nansen's actual product flow — wallet activity, live market indicators, and a conversational AI agent that helps traders read on-chain data. The core challenge we identified was translating a technical, data-dense product into something that reads as fast, confident, and premium rather than cluttered. That insight shaped our approach: rather than explaining every feature, we built the video around one continuous motion — data turning into insight, insight turning into action.

Concept Development

The concept we landed on treats the dashboard as a single living surface, where wallet flows, charts, and AI chat moments connect visually instead of cutting between disconnected screens. We leaned into a premium, dark UI aesthetic with glowing accent highlights — clean enough to feel trustworthy, energetic enough to feel like a launch moment. The aim was to make complex blockchain data feel immediate and within reach.

Animation

Pacing stayed fast throughout, with snappy transitions timed to the music and camera-style pushes into key UI moments. Connecting lines and particle-style transitions visually linked signal, analysis, and execution into one continuous motion, keeping the pace high without losing clarity. The result is a video that makes trading through Nansen feel instant, intelligent, and effortless.
